Good renovations are a team sport. Whether you have an architect's plans or a builder already on site, we slot in as the interior specialist, resolving layouts, joinery, lighting and finishes, then documenting everything so your trades can price and build from it with confidence.
Builders price what they can see. Undocumented interiors go in as allowances and allowances have a habit of turning into variations. Documented properly, those same items price as fixed figures mean less guesswork for your builder and fewer budget surprises for you.

how we charge
Good design shouldn't come with guesswork and neither should the bill. Here's how it works, up front:
Start free - A complimentary 20-minute call to talk through your project, no obligation, no pressure — Book the call
Consultations - $450 flat fee. 2 hours of deep diving into your home, with a written summary to keep. This fee is credited back in full if you move ahead with a design project. Book a consultation.
Full design & renovation projects - A fixed-fee quote, up front. Every home is different, so we don't do generic price lists. After your call and a look at your home or plans, you receive a fixed-fee proposal covering scope, deliverables and the design fee in full, agreed before any creative work begins. No hourly rate, no surprise invoices at the end.
Styling & procurement - Trade pricing, passed on. Through the studio you get access to trade pricing on furniture, lighting, fabrics and rugs. We add a 20% fee on trade prices to cover sourcing, ordering, lead times and delivery coordination, your trade discount is bigger than our fee, so most items still land well below retail.
Phased payments - Pay in stages, to help with your budget. Design fees are split across project phases, so your spend tracks real progress, not promises. It keeps the budget manageable and each phase is a natural pause point if you need one. You're never locked into a whole project from day one.
The honest version: no two projects cost the same, and anyone quoting you over the phone before they've seen your home is guessing.
