Our Bondi project is for a young tribe combining two semis into one generous family haven. Because when you’ve got four little humans, space isn’t a luxury. It’s survival.

The brief - Create a home that feels classic and calm, but can absolutely handle the chaos. A home that cops it sweet when sandy feet and sticky fingers roll through the door.

Being in Bondi, we’re leaning into that coastal clarity with nature’s tones, sun-washed neutrals, layered natural textures. But every finish has grit behind it. Performance fabrics. Hardwearing joinery. Materials that won’t blink at salt air or a rogue scooter scraping past.

This won’t be a precious beach house. It will be a beautiful one, where family memories are made for years to come.

We’re designing a home that will hold this season of noise and nappies and still feel just as right when the tribe turns into teenagers who eat you out of house and home.
